Under Chapin Bell, it is known for its quality reputation for designing award-winning developments as well as providing high quality property management services. Bell is past chairman of the Arizona Multihousing Association and the current chairman of UMOM (the largest homeless shelter for families in Arizona).
Responsibilities: All aspects of Liberty’s portfolio, including acquisitions, development, leasing, property management Years at Company: 15 Years in CRE: 25 Accomplishments: DiVall started the Liberty Property Trust office in January 2007 and has consummated more than $1B in deals. The company owns 2.1 MSF of office and flex space in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Tolleson. Prior to opening the office, DiVall ran operations for Liberty Property Trust in Wisconsin and was instrumental in opening the Chicago office. He has developed numerous award-winning LEED certified projects. Prior to joining LPT in 1998, he was with Kensington Advisors, a Chicago-based pension fund advisory firm, as head of acquisitions. DiVall is a longtime NAIOP board member and served as chairman in 2012.
Responsibilities: All phases of real estate development processes Years at Company: 7 Years in CRE: 23 Accomplishments: As Vice President with Opus West, Earnest was responsible for developing more than 5 MSF including Collier Center, Scottsdale Spectrum, Discount Tire Corporate Headquarters, Calendar Stick and Pima Center. In 2006 he moved to RED Development to oversee CityScape Phases I and II. He is currently overseeing Phase III of CityScape as well as a proposed project at Town & Country and a new development in Dallas. He is active in many charitable organizations including the Phoenix Thunderbirds.

His keen insights and knowledge about the qualities that come together in a compelling property are an essential part of RED’s continued evolution as a preferred partner for national retailers, real estate investors and property owners when it comes to maximizing asset value and performance. Ebert led the groundbreaking public-private partnership with the City of Phoenix to develop CityScape, the 1.1 MSF, mixed-use urban destination in Downtown Phoenix.
Responsibilities: Oversees all operations and business development Years at Company: 14 Years in CRE: 15 Accomplishments: A leader in the local development community, Fortini spent the past 10 years expanding Silver Fern into a full service construction management, land development and real estate consulting firm. He has been instrumental in assisting financial institutions in detangling and completing projects and has represented numerous clients as an expert witness. He is an active participant in the real estate community with the National Association of Homebuilders, HBACA. ULI, ASU ACE, Valley Partnership, APWA, and as a Board member for the Arizona Art Museum.
Responsibilities: Strategic management/ leadership for DMB Years at Company: 15 Years in CRE: 25 Accomplishments: As President of DMB Associates, Charley Freericks is responsible for strategic management and leadership of DMB’s business activities. He has more than 15 years of experience with DMB, including executive leadership roles and leading both community and commercial development operations. He is an active contributor to Arizona organizations which enhance our community and business environment. He is currently serving as board chairman of Fighter Country Partnership (Luke AFB) and is active in several industry associations including Valley Partnership.
