The unique service will enable businesses and organisations in both the Private and Public sector to certify e-mail and sms communications to clients. “Certifying electronic communications with clients is a crucial step towards effective revenue management and debt collection, as the certification could be used as evidence in a court of law, by implication confirming that clients received electronic correspondence from Credit Providers. Organisations can now efficiently follow the letter of the law when engaging their clients within the framework as set out by the National Credit Regulator and the National Credit Act”, says Dewald Pretorius, Operations Director for DMB Holdings. “The majority of the subsidiaries with the DMB Holdings Group are focussed on the Public Sector and the electronic

What Did Paul Mean When He Said He Had Finished The Race? Part6 (Hebrews 1:1-4).

The letter closes with the words "Grace be with you all" (Hebrews 13:25), which is the same closing found in each of Paul's known letters (seeRomans 16:20;1 Corinthians 16:23;2 Corinthians 13:14;Galatians 6:18;Ephesians 6:24 Philippians 4:23;Colossians 4:18;

However, it should be noted that Peter (1 Peter 5:14;2 Peter 3:18) used similar—though not identical—closings. Possibly that it was simply customary to close letters like this with the words "Grace be with you all" during this time period.

Church tradition teaches that Paul wrote the book of Hebrews, and until the 1800s, that issue was closed. However, though a vast majority of Christians—both and scholars and the laity—still believe Paul wrote the book, there are some tempting reasons to think otherwise.

sophisticated communicator, Paul stated that he purposely did not speak with a commanding vocabulary (1 Corinthians 1:17;2:1;2 Corinthians 11:6).

If Paul didn't write the letter, who did? The most plausible suggestion is that this was actually a sermon Paul gave and it was transcribed later by Luke, a person who would have had the command of the Greek language which the writer shows. Barnabas is another likely prospect, since he was a Levite and would have been speaking on a subject that he knew much about. Martin Luther suggested Apollos, since he would have had the education the writer of this letter must have had. Priscilla and Clemet of Rome have been suggested by other scholars. Spring Cleaning Your Insurance Covers with Aon South Africa

M

any homeowners insurance policies are comprehensive policies providing cover in almost any eventuality, while others may have specified perils cover. It is always a good idea to enlist the aid of an accredited broker to ensure that you have no surprises waiting for you at claims stage. For example: What does your policy say about a break in during load shedding? What about hail damage? Flooding? · Spring cleaning provides the perfect opportunity to spot potential maintenance issues - which is important - as a lack of maintenance could be a problem if there was an insurance claim. Maintenance is generally excluded under all homeowners insurance policies. In addition, property owners are expected to take reasonable measures to prevent loss. This would apply to issues such as blocked gutters that could potentially cause a flooding, or adding a strip of paving around

the perimeter of your home to prevent damp. · Minimise your home's risk of fire by cleaning out the clutter, addressing any electrical issues or trimming back branches of trees that are too close to your home, such as palm trees. Check that all your smoke detectors are operational, service fire extinguishers if necessary and ensure that you have a fire escape door added to your burglar bars in the event of a fire. · If you have more than one building at a particular address such as a granny flat, is each building listed separately and accounted for in terms of insured values for both the building and contents? · Update your home inventory or asset register – have you accumulated new electronics, clothes, computers, jewellery and other assets? The task of spring cleaning provides the perfect opportunity to ensure that your home inventory list is accurate and that new items are included under your cover, while items you no longer own are removed.

2016 The Year Of Local Elections

T

he playing field is set and the players are all standing by. The preparation for the race is on and each time with more participants joining in having been disgruntled by other existing political parties, they walk out and form their own, some initially with a big oomph but latter losing steam and settling for just a few seats. Each time a breakaway happens, it eats away from the major cakes and one just wonders where this trend is really leading us to. This is a time when political leaders bite their nails not really sure what complexion the final out come will have. New Smaller parties are filled with hope and enthusiasm that the future is bright for them basing their calculations on the size of the total cake to share from as well as the stories in the media that promise them the 5th Dimension. Such a period is both filled with hope and volatile all at the same time. It is filled with hope as people all prepare to go to the polls to vote for their choice of candidates and it is volatile because there is a lot of unproven promises that come with any elections and neighbours and friends may start to see things differently and start to drift apart. Tense a period as it may be, this is a period in which we all need to remember that according to creation all human beings, in one way or another, are linked to each other - Gen 1:27. While we may see things differently as opposing parties, we must remember that when you hurt another person, you also hurt yourself! This is why they say what goes around comes around. Also, if you do good to one individual, whether you

know them or not, you are actually doing good to yourself. Politics need not divide us as a community or as a nation. No one is born evil. No one is evil. What is evil is what the person does and because it is not part of creation, it is an error. An error that has been fed into the individual's mind for so long that to them, they see nothing wrong unless they are exposed to another level of Consciousness. Elections do not mean fighting, or killing each other. Elections are a democratic process that allows all citizens to exercise their constitutional right to choose leaders of their choice and in an ideal situation, in a peaceful manner. Some will go to the polls with a grudge that their lives are not well to do and they will blame it on Government. will wake up every day for the 5 year period and do nothing except lazy around and politic every opportunity they get while they expect manna from an incumbent Government. If they do not get freebies, they speak of delivery and lack thereof. While freebies like those that already exist, come at a price, it is the duty of every citizen to pay for all services consumed and to also pay tax so that any incumbent government can have resources to maintain and improve the lives of all its citizens. Local Municipalities operate as businesses. They provide services and they receive payment for the services, some of which do not belong to them, like electricity where they have to pay ‘Eish!kom’. So, they will expect those that consume these services to pay for them so that

they can improve going forward. They also need to pay their staff, overheads and other experiences that keep their doors open, but some people vote blindly without understanding these basics. Poverty is also an error in society. No one is sentenced to Poverty. Poverty, while it is an error, it is also a disease. With the right frame of mind, it can be cured with the correct interaction with the Creator, before you interact with other human beings or government for support. In the words of Gandhi, “You must be the change that you want to see in the world.” If as an individual, you are not prepared to change, according to the Law of Attraction, do not expect any other person to change for the better towards you! Simple. You cannot be poor when the one who created you also created everything on this earth including money. There is something you are not doing right. Zinuke amakhwapha. As you prepare to go to the ballot box in a few months, remember that Elections are a process, not an event. That process lasts five years and now it is fast drawing to wards an end. Check yourself, make the necessary changes in you and view that community around you with a sober mind, not a mob infected emotional mind that is bent on destroying those things that are supposed to make your community a better place to live in. It is your duty to look after them and preserve them so that Government can build going forward.

Hours Of Midnight Thunderstorms Wreck Havoc In Mabuza Settlement in Ermelo Mpumalanga Hours of midnight thunderstorms wracked havoc at Mabuza settlement just outside Ermelo. While some have proper houses and rain is of no consequence to them many have shacks that do not even have concrete to secure them and water just gushes in wetting everything inside.

families who live in town and when it rains like this, their situation is very pathetic. Besides the water situation, these old people are subjected to rape by desperate, uncaring men who live in the vicinity as when the sun goes down, it becomes so dark you cannot even see your own hand!

July Papadi 36, one of the victims, spoke to Khanyisa Newspaper about his ordeal and said, “Water came in here and damaged all my equipment. Since morning till noon, I was taking it out with a bucket Papadi wished if someone could help redeem them out of this situation.

Residents here say they have been waiting patiently for water and electricity and other services to be brought to them but for over five years now, they have listened to many varying stories but nothing has come their way.

Another neighbour had water up to his bed level and the whole yard was immersed in water. The cause of all this, regardless of the heavy storm is a dam that is situated right in the middle of the settlement area and when it rains, it fills up and water extends to some houses while its outlet damages all the houses on its path. Because there is no proper river that serves as an outlet from the dam or any form of drainage in place, water from the dam flows on make shift roads losing direction on its way down to go into yards and houses. The sad part is that there are old people here who live on their own after having been dumped by their

When the committee presenting the issue headed by Pastor Dlamini denied this, the commissioners said that they would take up the matter with the Municipality. Farm Dwellers Hearing... M

pumalanga premier David Mabuza delegated the Commission of Enquiry to undertake a visit to Gert Sibande District’s Local Municipalities to monitor and listen to challenges faced by farm dwellers. The Commission of Enquiry to the Farm dwellers visited the Farm dwellers from Msukaligwa Local Municipality on the Twenty Fifth of January 2016. The visit follows the appeal by the farm dwellers who ask government to intervene in addressing service delivery and challenges facing their residences. The commission of Enquiry that was appointed by the Mpumalanga Premier David Mabuza, is in process of investigating the living conditions of Farm Dwellers in the Mpumalanga Province. This commission was appointed under section 2 (1) of the Mpumalanga Commissions of Enquiry Act of 1998 Act No. 11 of 1998. Currently the commission of Enquiry is conducting public hearings and farm visits in different regions of the Province. Khanyisa News Team gathered the following information, during the hearings at Msukaligwa Municipality in Ermelo Town Hall in January. Most of the Farm Dwellers have settled and have sentimental issues. They need basic needs like every other living human being. The commission will compile a report that will indicate in each instance, the level scope and intent of recommended intervention by Government helping the Mpumalanga Government to take the matter forward. Farm Dwellers will benefit harvest from this. Somandla says that they went to the Department of Land Affairs in Nelspruit and they referred them to Mr. Mahlalela from Msukaligwa Municipality in Ermelo who was processing the claim. What is surprising is that the claim court was already closed in 2006, the claim court closed in 1998. Mr. Mahlalela fooled his own African brothers and sisters who believe in him as a part of government. He asked the commission to help him to have access to the title deed for their farm, they applied for the title deed in 2006 till now they never got any response. Peace of Heart in All Things Being deceived by the one’s you love...

W

hen darkness and doubts assail you, why not keep them at arm’s length? Often they are only interludes of unbelief , nothing more. Why see yourself as dry ground? When his dew appears, the tears of the morning, a thirst is quenched in the desert of your soul... Everyday when you wake up and blink your eyes and see it's the next day, your heart desires some Justice, Peace, Love, Hope, Warmth and to surrender over the mountain and the seas, then someone comes and step on your toe purposeful and you respond Oooouch!!! then looks straight into your eyes saying sorry with a motive smile, when you blink, your toe is swollen and you feel like crying then the warmth inside your heart says hush my darling don’t cry it’s gonna get

better, then you lift your chin up and move forward with the day. The same person comes and ask for your help then you offer the help and decides to knock you off, and say pray harder than ever God will save you... This shows that its not easy to be a CHRISTIAN you need to compromise your happiness... In the book of exodus 20 there is a passage reads as it follows “Thou shall not kill” When we hurt someone we killing that person, If you apologise with doubtful heart and consciousness it's a bitter talk, All this means misery in your heart which will lead to hatred and lifetime belatedness you are killing the soul, if you can’t forgive, you are tearing yourself apart cause you won’t find peace of

heart in all things. as you read the book of Saint Paul wrote: “Avoid irreverent and empty discussions, which only lead further and further away from God.” 2 Timothy 2:6 Then you ask yourself what didi I do to deserve this, then again the little voice from your conciousness says Hush, Peace be stilleverything will be alright. I guess God sent us to this world to experience and serve with justice in order to have peace of Heart in All Things.

Employment statistics show that less than four out of every 10 of the 801 688 learners who registered to write the 2015 National Senior Certificate are likely to secure employment. This means just under 500 000 youths from the class of 2015 will join the swelling ranks of South Africa's 26% unemployment rate. Among the youth specifically, SA's unemployment sits at a debilitating 63%. But amid this gloomy outlook, South Africa's growing insurance telesales industry provides a real opportunity for young people to make their mark in the world of work. It's an avenue that rewards the hard working and consistent, provides invaluable skills training in the areas of sales, marketing and insurance, and there is real opportunity for career progression. It's also an industry in high demand of skilled people, an industry willing to invest in training and development of committed

ased on the information that you provide about your depression, an insurer may choose to charge you a higher premium. They may also apply what is called a 'permanent suicide exclusion', which means that they won't pay out if you take your own life. An insurer may choose to apply a 'depression exclusion' on disability and income benefits because depression and associated conditions like chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia (a disorder that causes muscle pain and fatigue) can leave you unable to work for periods of time. Some depression is temporary and happens as a reaction to a particular situation like the death of a loved one or having a baby (post-natal depression). This is called reactive depression and Hollard Life wouldn't charge you a higher premium for this kind of depression as long as it has been successfully treated. individuals to get them from new and inexperienced, to professional mastery level. This is according to Albert Theyse, Head of Sales at O'Keeffe & Swartz, an outbound call centre specialising in the sale of simple insurance products. O'Keeffe & Swartz (OKS) sells up to 60 000 insurance policies every month on behalf of clients using direct marketing methods. In 2015 they employed and trained 567 young South Africans in insurance telesales. “It's easy to be blindsided by negativity. Many job seekers believe there is only opportunity in traditional work roles dominated by candidates with seemingly more desirable subjects such as maths and science. For young people with a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate who have a real passion for performance, resilience and good listening skills, outbound call centres provide solid work experience. In addition, it provides further specialised education and training and the opportunity to write their own pay checks every month. This is an industry where value is placed on aptitude and attitude, rather

Albert Theyse - Head of Sales than formal tertiary qualifications, which for many young South Africans remain painfully out of reach,” adds Albert. “While it may be true that few people would describe a call centre position as their 'dream job', many of the reasons that sit behind the occupational stigma are outdated. Granted, it's an industry with a high turnover of staff as many see it as a stepping stone. Secondly, sales is a tough task master, so sales consultants who find they aren't cut out for the job usually do so very quickly. However, people who do well in this kind of environment and are motivated by the pressure, thrive - and so do their careers. To be continued

Dinosaurs In Nelspruit

N

elspruit is in for a treat: the popular Dinos Alive exhibition is bringing its dinosaurs to the Riverside Mall from 27 February until 3 April 2016. With 25 dinosaurs on show, Dinos Alive is the country’s finest dinosaur expo and offers great educational fun for the entire family. Each model dinosaur is built using advanced animatronics (allowing it to animate), and is modelled after its real-life counterpart. The likes of the winged Pteranodon, towering Diplodocus and horn-rimmed Stegosaurus are popular attractions on show. In addition, children can enjoy the fossil displays, play around with a mock excavation pit and enjoy a TRex ride. The exhibition has been a real hit with children and their parents. Etienne Schlechter, Director of Expo Africa and organiser of the event, believes children are fascinated by the realistic dinosaurs on show. “The reception has been great. Since our first showing in Cape Town in 2014, children have loved every minute of the show. It’s very rewarding to see, and we take pride in the fact that our exhibition is a

great learning tool for young students.” The Nelspruit exhibition will feature five information boards that explain the three historic ages of the dinosaur: Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous, as well as a look at life before and after these lizards roamed earth. Tickets for the exhibition will soon be on sale from computicket.com. Schlechter believes that adults will get a lot of joy out of the show too. “The exhibition has plenty of familiar faces, like T.Rex and Trieceratops. But you might be able to spot some more obscure names, like the Spinosaurus and Ankylosaurus.” No visitor can miss the life-sized T-Rex, the only one in South Africa. Created to size, the model accurately recreates the famous lizard’s proportions. “T-Rex is a legend of cinema, and it only felt right to recreate a legend in all its glory.” DinosAlive will be open seven days a week from 09:00 – 19:00 at the Riverside Mall. For more information on the exhibition, visit www.dinosalive.co.za. Facebook: /DinosAlive Twitter: DinosAliveSA
