FAMOUS TEMPLES IN UJJAIN Ujjain is an ancient city beside the Kshipra river in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is considered to be an important place of pilgrimage with the Kumbh Mela held here every 12 years. It is home to many famous temples Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Harsiddhi Mandir, Kal Bhairav, Gopal Mandir, Mangalnath Mandir, etc. The History of Ujjain has a signiďŹ cant value and a historical importance attached to it.

PROBLEMS REGARDING NAVIGATION AND EXISTING SIGNAGES No existing signages at bus stops and railway station to guide peoples’ way to the famous temples in Ujjain. Difficulty in finding out the nearest temples. Ineffective in terms of functionality. Orientation and placements issues of the signages. Use of arrows is repetitive and uninviting. Use of dull colours.
TARGET AUDIENCE PRIMARY People new to the city of Ujjain wanting to visit the temples.
SECONDARY People residing in Ujjain who are unaware of the route to the desired temple.
