Brief:
To design a wayfinding digital map for tourists near the public transport in Ujjain City. The map should help guide tourists to locate their destinations and also used for confirmation and help them explore the city.
Objective:
To create an effective and effcient wayfinding system that will help tourists explore the city of Ujjain. It will be in the form of a map.

Jantar Mantar जंतर मंतर It was constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur in Ujjain in 18th century. It is also known as Vedh shala. This is also considered to be the oldest of the five observatories. इसका िनमा� ण जयपूर के महाराजा ज123 यिसंह २ �ारा १८वी शता�ी म� िकया गया था। इसे वेधशाला के नाम से भी जाना जाता ह� । प्राचीन वेधशालाओं म� से ये एक मानी जाती ह� ।

Triveni Museum वेणी संहालय (युझयम) It is a newly constructed museum that exhibits various artifacts that were discovered during the excavations. Ram Ghat रामघाट It is located on the banks of Shipra river. It is famous for its kumbh mela. Harsidhi temple हरसी मंदर This temple is famous for one of the shaktipeetha of devi Sati. Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga महाकालेवर योतलग It is a hindu temple dedicated to lord Shiva and is one of the 12 jyotirlingam shrines which are said to be one of the most sacred abodes of Lord Shiva १२ �ोितिल�ग म� से यह एक िशवमंिदर ह� । महाकाल को 'महाकाल' इसिलए कहा जाता है िक प्राचीन समय म� यहीं से संपूण� िव� का मानक समय िनधा� �रत होता था इसीिलए इस �ोितिल�ग का नाम 'महाकाले�र' रखा गया है । Distance from railway station: 1.5Km. | Distance from nanakheda bus stand: 4.1Km.
Gopal Mandir गोपाल मंदर Gopal Mandir is dedicated to Lord krishna and is the second largest temple of Ujjain, after Mahakaleshwar. It was built in 19th century in Maratha style गोपाल मंिदर म� भगवान श्री कृ� की पूजा की जाती ह� । महाकाले�र मंिदर के बाद उ�ैन म� यह सबसे बडा मंिदर ह� । १९वी सता�ी म� मराठा तरीके से बना ह� । Distance from railway station: 1.7Km. | Distance from nanakheda bus stand: 4.3Km.
Bharathari caves भतृहर क गुफा It is an ancient site which belongs to the famous king and late sage Bhartrihari.This is the spot where the great poet Bhartrihari, lived and meditated after renouncing worldly life. यह एक प्राचीन स्थल है जो प्रिस� राजा और �ग�य ऋिष भतृ�ह�र का है । यही वह स्थान है जहाँ महान सं�ृत किव भतृ�ह�र सां सा�रक जीवन का �ाग कर जीवन यापन करते थे Distance from railway station: 4.4Km. | Distance from nanakheda bus stand: 8Km.
Shri Kaal bhairava temple ी कालभैरव मंदर As the name suggests, it is dedicated to kaal Bhairav, the guardian deity of the city. It is one of the most active temple in the city, visiteed by hundreds of devotees daily. भैरवगढ़ �ेत्र म� स्थािपत इस मंिदर म� िशव अपने भैरव ��प म� िवराजते ह� । श्री कालभैरव यह उ�ैन नगरी के संर�क दे वता कहलाते ह� । Distance from railway station: 7Km. | Distance from nanakheda bus stand: 9.6Km.
Sandipani Ashram सांदीपन आम This place has a great mythological value. Omkareshwar Temple ओकारेवर मंदर This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. Since it will kind of be the ďŹ rst piece of information to be seen by the tourist we tried to add some information about the city to help the user navigate the places better.
