We recently communicated that EBHT colleagues have access to a where you can find out information on the core benefits paid for by Aster, and voluntary benefits that are selected and paid for by you.

To access your flexible benefit site, click on ‘Access your benefits’ on the Asternet homepage.

Do you know where to find your cash plan membership number?

Your Bupa cash plan membership number will have been included in your welcome letter that you received from Bupa in April 2023 and if you’ve joined Aster later, you will have received your welcome pack in the post the month after you’ve joined.

For ease, you can find your cash plan membership number at any time on the flexible benefits site by following these three easy steps:

1. Click ‘Access your benefits’ to visit the flexible benefits site

2. In the top right corner, select the profile icon to view the drop-down menu

3. Select ‘Profile and Account Settings’, your healthcare cash plan number is shown under ‘Further information’ like the screen shot below.
