International Martial Arts Festival The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida was the setting stage for the 2012 International Martial Arts Festival Nov. 2 and 3rd where all martial arts styles were represented and competitors from around the world come to test their skills and made long-lasting connections and friendships. The organizer, Dave Sklar has hosted this for over 10 years. The 2-day event featured Karate, Olympic-Style Tai- Kwon Do, Sparring, Jujitsu, Judo, Grappling, and Chinese Martial Arts. It all started at 10am and ended at 6pm The Night of Champions began at 7pm and showcased all the winners in their respective divisions and highlighted their particular level of expertise with their forms or weapons. I, myself was very happy to judge this event, after competing 8 years in this competition it is very rewarding to give back and help out the people who helped me! He has also served for 2 years as a Judge at the International Chinese Martial Arts Tournaments and previously competed and placed for 8 years on the ICMAC circuit.
