When I grow up I would like to be a teacher.
I live in a country called Malawi. Malawi is in Africa. Where do you live? Is it far away from Malawi?

I wake up early every morning. I eat my breakfast. I walk to the river before school to wash myself and to collect water. Where do you get your water from?
I love going to school and meeting my friends every day. My favourite subject is maths.

I like to play football with my friends and my brothers. Sometimes we make our own footballs. We squash plastic bags together into a ball shape and tie it together with string. What games do you like to play?

After school I cook dinner for my family. We eat maize. We use the maize to make nsima. This is like porridge. I love to cook nsima. Do you cook? What food do you eat in your country?
After I wash the dishes, my mum helps me with my homework.

When it gets dark outside I go to bed.
I use water every day. Do you use water every day? I think water is precious. I never waste water.
