Engineering Top-mounted gearbox, motor assembly and double-acting disc brake are housed in a watertight aluminum extrusion. Lifting is achieved through a hardened, ball-bearing screw nut assembly suspended from the top of the column. Security devices are built into the electrical system, which stops the lift from operating in case of an electrical failure or overload. The main control box has an electronic phase sequence relay that automatically checks the rotation of the motors and adjusts accordingly. Additionally, if one phase is cutoff, the system will stop automatically. Insulated inter-connecting cables are finished in OHSA safety colors. The slim design allows optimum visibility in shop.

ARI-HETRA’s new 24 Volt system utilizes dual industrial strength batteries and a Patented hybrid power system. You can now use 110 Volt power to run your lifts. This system has been engineered to operate with maximum efficiency while reducing environmental impacts by providing and utilizing sustainable energy, and further contributes to eligibility for certification under LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System for existing buildings operations & maintenance. Power Saving After 2 minutes of inactivity, the lifts power down automatically to conserve energy.
Advance Hybrid System The downward inertia of a lowered vehicle is used to generate power, which is then restored to the batteries.

FORKLIFT LIFTING SYSTEM ARI-HETRA’s FL Lifting System uses a ramp and contact pad with two HDML lifting posts* to gain access to the underside of short wheelbase industrial vehicles. Preventive maintenance, lubrication, repair and parts replacement are made easier and safer with the vehicle raised. ARI-HETRA’s systems lift three or four wheeled forklifts. Our FL Lifting Systems offer tremendous time savings over floor jacking or overhead cranes. When the job is finished, the system is loaded onto a storage cart and wheeled out of the way. Safety The FL System features all the safety benefits of our HDML posts (See page 6) as well as a non-skid rubber surface contact point and perforated traction ramps. ARI-HETRA’s Model FL-3-4 Forklift Adapter is a mobile lifting system that, when used with two HDML columns, provides easy undervehicle access for counterbalance lift trucks (four-wheel forklift). Intended Use For use with four-wheel lift trucks with a wheelbase of 76 in. or less*. Maximum lifting capacity is limited to the lift truck’s wheel base. The forklift is driven onto platform ramps with the center of gravity over the center component (drive-over pads). Model HDML then lifts the center component (drive-over pads) and the forklift to provide “stand-up” under-vehicle access. MODEL FL-SAL-4 FORKLIFT ADAPTER FOR DOUBLE END-DRIVE PALLET MOVERS
The ARI-HETRA Model FL-SAL-4 is a lifting adapter that, when used with two HDML columns, provides easy under-vehicle access for end-drive pallet movers. It is constructed of heavy gauge steel and provides a stout platform for a forklift to drive onto. Once on the ramp, the forks will fit through the platform ensuring the double movers align to their center of gravity providing a safe lifting application. Once the adapter is in the air the ramps collapse and slide to the side out of the way for maintenance.

MODEL FL-OM-12 LIFTING PLATFORM The ARI-HETRA FL-OM-12 Lifting Platform is a mobile lifting system that, when used with two HDML columns, provides easy under-vehicle access for “Narrow Aisle” forklifts. It is constructed of heavy gauge steel and provides a stout platform for a forklift to drive up onto. Once on the ramp, the base arms (outrigger arms) will fit through the platform. Spacer plates are included to raise the forklift off the platform. A cart is included for out-of-the-way storage and easy movement. ARI-HETRA’s 32,000 lb. capacity Model TR-10-108 Chassis Cross Beam is a mobile lifting system that provides easy under vehicle, wheels-free access. The system uses two standard ARI-HETRA HDML posts. The addition of the TR-10-108 Chassis Cross Beam tailors the system to meet the wheels free maintenance requirements of any shop. The Chassis Cross Beam is designed to engage the frame of the vehicle to be lifted. This provides wheelsfree access to the vehicle without the use of jack stands. The lifting pad height is adjustable with Model CS-8-L (standard with Chassis Cross Beam) to avoid beam interference. Built into the Chassis Cross Beam are four caster wheels for quick and easy transport and set-up. Intended Use For wheels-free access of heavy trucks and buses. ARI-HETRA’s Model WOD-25 Self-Evacuating Waste Oil Drain is a heavy-duty, portable waste oil drain that evacuates its 25 gallon capacity in less than 2 minutes without the use of a pump. The WOD-25 features a large telescoping funnel with a full-extended height of 63 in.. A separate dolly with swivel caster wheels make the unit easy to maneuver. The unit is simple to use. Make a camloc connection to the supplied hose on the waste oil bulk tank, then connect the air supply and the system does the rest. A unique floating ball check-valve is the heart of the system. After years of research, the EPA reports that short-term exposure to diesel exhaust fumes can cause irritation and inflammation of the lungs, worsen allergies and contribute to asthma.1
Most of the over two dozen well-designed worker studies found lung cancer increases in those exposed to diesel exhaust for over a decade.2

Wheezing. Vomiting. Irritation of eyes, nose and throat. Numbness and tingling in extremities.
What is the solution? The good news is, there is a successful way to keep workers breathing safe, healthy air. Our full line of jacks are built from superior materials with attention to high-quality and detail. This line features reliability testing and guaranteed efficiency. System components for all our floor jacks are constructed using technologically advanced machinery designed to achieve the highest level of precision.
Wheel Service
Extensions are fabricated using high-quality steel with chrome coating on the external sliding parts, while the pneumatic parts are treated with an anti-corrosion process. The hydraulic circuit, built with holes inside the cylinder structure, guarantees a perfect seal against oil leaks. The rod scrapers prevent dust and other foreign matters from damaging the cylinder. The built-in safety valves eliminate accidental overloads and also prevent the load from dropping during an air-pressure loss. A two-position lever on the handle controls the raising as well as the pneumatic vacuum descent of the jack. The low profile frame makes it easy to position the jack, while the total tilting of the handle on the frame greatly reduces the jack’s dimensions, requiring less storage space. Intended Use ARI-HETRA Air-Hydraulic Floor Jacks are suitable for partially lifting a heavy-duty vehicle to allow for the removal/replacement of one wheel at a time. Features

Compact and Capable ARI-HETRA’s Portable Hydraulic Fork-Lift Truck Jack is a small, lightweight unit but provides impressive lifting force. Extensions and the additional bracket allow for a variety of lifting positions - directly with the piston or with side bracket. As a versatile unit, the portable jack can be operated using a hand pump when no air source is available. With this application, the portable jack is usable anywhere, with no need to go to specific maintenance areas for servicing a vehicle. Or, it can be operated using an air-hydraulic pump powered by compressed air which allows the jack to be operated very quickly. BRAKE DISCS, DRUMS & FLYWHEEL LATHE WS-BL1500

ARI-HETRA’s Model WS-BL1500 Brake Lathe is designed to turn drums, rotors and flywheels of trucks, buses and light commercial vehicles. This lathe makes it possible to turn heavy-duty truck drums with dual-wheels and hubs still mounted. The lathe is equipped with a stout 50 mm diameter arbor shaft so no outboard support is necessary. The lathe works with a digital rheostat which allows continuous variation of the spindle’s revolutions. The speed of the spindle’s revolution can be adjusted at any time to react to the condition of the drum, rotor surface or the vibration level. With this feature, cutting time can be optimized without negative effects on the surface of the drum or rotor. This versatile machine can handle a number of different turning jobs from discs to drums. ARI-HETRA also offers an optional cutting tool for flywheels.

BRAKE DISCS, DRUMS & FLYWHEEL LATHE WS-BL2000
ARI-HETRA’s Model WS-BL2000 Brake Lathe produces an evenly cut drum and is based on the latest brake lathe technology for heavy-duty equipment. The extra-large 60 mm diameter arbor and its oversized spindle damp all vibrations allowing it to work without the use of the a tailstock to make the mounting procedure easier and quicker- even on dual wheels attached to the drum. Advanced functions include powered in/out and left/right table movement, continuous or intermittent variable feed in both working directions (to avoid a spiral effect) and spindle rotation controlled by an inverter which, in addition to giving a variable spindle speed, controls acceleration and deceleration- a useful function when turning something of heavy weight. This lathe works with a digital inverter for continuous variation in spindle RPM. Furthermore, the machine allows turning and grinding of tapered flywheel surfaces thanks to the special cutting adaptor. The adjustable travel end stops on both tables, the well located and easy-to-use control panel and the tilt up safety guard are further elements that make the WS-BL2000 practical, reliable and safe.
