THE MODULES Seamless, integrated training
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT Supports the development of training programs for all personnel. Maintains online briefing instructions and lesson guides in a variety of formats. Defines instructor qualifications required to teach a training course. Allows tasks to be required, optional, added and/or grouped for an event. Allows training from different curriculum to be “double-booked” to form coordinated training.
SCHEDULING & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Displays the schedule by courses using multiple views, including Gantt and calendar. Prevents scheduling of devices, instructors and trainees when they are unavailable. Prevents unqualified instructors from being assigned. Notifies the scheduler when a trainee fails or does not attend a training event.

TRAINING RECORDS Maintains comprehensive trainee and instructor profiles and training history. In March of 2000, AQT set out offering ATMS to multiple sectors of the industry. These sectors include the commercial airlines, cargo carriers, 3rd-party training companies, military, regulators, oil and utilities, dangerous goods, medical simulation. The AQT management team has extensive experience in training and software implementation and integration. Bill Carson, CEO, has over 25 years of managing large application development and implementation projects. Bill’s background and experience in the industry began at NASA’s Human Factors Division, focused on manmachine integration projects such as CRM, sleep studies, and other human performance research. As AQT’s Director of Sales, Jason Keith has an exemplary understanding of ATMS having implemented and used the system for over five years. As a pilot for AirNet Systems for 12 years and director of training for six, Jason was responsible for training management of one the largest air cargo airline in the US. Jason’s methodologies were highly structured, curriculum-based, and utilized medical-precise standards. Jason is well-versed in the needs of ensuring safety and compliance.
