Lost My Way Home There I was just standing, out there all alone, Wondering, how did I get so far away from home? My clothes were rugged, may skin tainted, I know some how somewhere I’d fainted Tears streaming down my face wanting from this place a way of escape What happen, how did the enemy creep in unaware? Was there anyone looking anybody, anywhere Now that I’m lost I must now count the cost My heart bounding and filled with fear. Oh if someone only had been near I know I have a home. A place where I belong; Maybe, they are looking Surely by now they know I’m missing Listening for the search party sound and yet there was none to be found If only a light would shine on a path to lead me back, Then I’d know when I’m on the right track I fell to the ground looking all around I heard a voice from afar sounding bright as the morning star. It was calling me clearly by my name; I was weak and so filled with shame. Trying will all my might to stand they gently grabbed me by my hands I felt the strength and power from on high, I knew right then that Jesus was nigh. Thank you Lord you heard my cry. With a tear stain face; I got back in the race. I was Missing in Action a Prisoner of War wounded in the battle and captured during the fight. The fear within made me flee into the night. But thanks be unto him who forgives sin and Washes us and cleanses us from deep within Don’t let another soul go missing lurking in the night Get patrol party together and do the thing that’s right

Where Would I Be Without Sunday School How would I know the Lord if not for Sunday School That’s where I learned God’s golden rules Teachers filled with loving care, arriving early Even before we’re there Like a teacher teaches ABC’s they teach us how To pray on our knees John 3:16 is the beginning for me, that’s how I learned How much Jesus loves me. What would I do without Sunday School? Where teacher teach the Gospel’s Good News The school system told us we came from an ape, But in Sunday School they told us that was a mistake. I was fashioned and shaped at the heavenly gate, By God himself who makes no mistake. He loves us so much he gave us his son, Jesus died for us that we could become one Sunday School teaches the beginning and the end. They tell us all we got a friend, one who will be with us until the end. You’re never to young or to old, Sunday School knowledge never grows cold. That’s where we learn the greatest story ever told. I love Sunday School and I hope you do too. A day worthy of celebration, praise and honor too. Now the only thing missing in Sunday is you… Tell somebody I’ll be there and I hope you will be too. I once made a remark about the hidden Books of the Bible. It was a Lulu; kept people looking so hard for facts and for others, it was a revelation. Some were in a jam, especially since some of the names of the Books were not capitalized, but the truth finally struck home, for numbers of readers. To others, it was a real job. We want it to be a most fascinating few moments for you. Yes, there will be some really easy ones to spot. Others may require judges. I will quickly admit it usually takes a minister to find one of them. There will be loud lamentations when it is found. A little Lady said she brews a cup of tea, so she can concentrate better. See how well you can compete. Relax because there are really sixteen names of Books of the Bible in this story. One preacher found 15 Books in 20 minutes, but it took him three weeks to find the 16th one.

New Florence Resident Finds New Life In Her Relocation “A Heart Is A Terrible Thing To Waste” Dr. Jackie Howard is a surviving “Heart Transplant” recipient for (4) years. She received her heart at Duke University of Durham NC after a long fight with Congestive heart failure, she was encourage to push on for life surrounded by her husband Nelson of 25 years of marriage, and other special family members. She has 3 daughters, 16 grandchildren and one great granddaughter all still living in Greenville, SC. Dr. Howard and Pastor Nelson relocated to Florence to assist as interim pastors at Son Rise Intl Faith Church of Summerton, SC which they faithfully drive the distance to encourage the congregation there. After moving to Florence Dr. Jackie Howard suffered with back problems, which led to surgery, following their 25th wedding anniversary celebration in September. Following surgery she was deeply discouraged about her destiny in Florence since being bed ridden for (4) months. Once God restored her body, during a lunch outing she meet Mr. Jimmy Eckols and Representative Robert Williams of the Fatherhood & Families Engagement Program once she told her testimony they immediately offered her a position as Community Liaison. Giving her the opportunity to move around the city and meet other people would become one of the hi-lights of this position. Being a part of the Fatherhood has given her a new zeal for being in Florence area. Now Dr. Howard is volunteering her time working with Mr. Williams to expand the program and educate people on the purpose of Fatherhood & Families Engagement Program. Dr. Howard is moving forward with a zeal encouraging fathers and families giving them hope for the future encouraging them to further their working skills, education, family values and support. New to this community residing in the five points area her desire was to help somebody with her testimony. Her heart’s desire is to encourages everyone with the donors slogan “ Don’t take your organs to heaven God knows we need them down here”. Teaching and training is what she loves to do. Dr. Howard is instant in season and out, God has given her the ability to reach the church as well as the un-church. The Fatherhood Program has allowed her to speak to Fathers in the Darlington, Florence, Marion and other surrounding counties about fulfilling their dreams and hearts desire. There is life after trauma; we are here for a purpose she teaches you to press beyond what you see and feel, just allow yourself to see inside and beyond God will always direct your path.
