Los estudios, junto con las viviendas de 1 dormitorio, suman un 45 % de todas las unidades incluidas en el conjunto de proyectos. Este conjunto de viviendas tiene como objetivo principal dar servicio a modos de vida muy distintos, así como proveer a todos los usuarios de un generoso espacio al aire libre. Los 5 volúmenes de que consta la intervención tienen un último nivel retranqueado, lo que permite obtener amplias terrazas exteriores. En el resto de niveles, las unidades disponen bien de jardín en la planta baja, balcones exteriores o galerías de uso comunitario. En las viviendas se han suprimido las circulaciones allí donde ha sido posible y minimizado el tamaño de las salas de estar. Por su parte, los dormitorios pueden independizarse del resto de la vivienda.

This group of houses aims to provide services to very different lifestyles and to give users a generous outdoor area. The five volumes that make up the intervention have a setback top floor, which allows for large outdoor terraces. Units have gardens on ground floor and street-facing balconies or common galleries on other floors. Where possible, circulation has been eliminated in the dwellings and living room sizes have been minimised. Bedrooms can thus be independent from the rest of the house.
