BEER BATTER 2 cups beer (your favorite, cold) 1 sprig fresh Rosemary (chopped) 1/8 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour (all-purpose)

Wisk all ingredients together, add flour if not thick enough batter. Dip product (fish, chicken, vegetable, beef, lamb (yum!) etc.) in batter and suspend holding in oil at 350 degrees until it starts to puff, then let it go into oil. Enjoy!
