Well presented, easy to read, attractive
I decided to make the survey to give out to pepole as I thought it would be a quick way to get useful results. When pressured to do a survey online, people will finally do them fairly quickly and results tend not to be very helpful. By giving someone the survey they feel they have to complete it well, as I will be in the room with them, waiting to collect the surveys once complete. Therefore I am gauranteed the results and will have useful qualitative feedback.
I fond that doing the surveys was quite time consuming for the person and therefore I created a similar survey online to get a quick quantitative response
