Job Description:

The person in charge of this role must ensure the proper management of the talent pipeline and planing of AIESEC in Cali, analyzing different strategies to capitalize on the student market, monitor and control the processes of talent recruitment and induction.

Main Functions: 1. 2.

Monitor the value proposition delivered during the talent recruitment process for programs and Induction of TM and TL. Working closely with MK to analyze the student market and find the best way to capitalize on it.

Create strategies to make the selection process more agile and efficient managing to have a balance in the income of membership to the LC. Monitor the OC recruitment Attend area meetings to explain the TL and TM programs and membership minimum.

Compliance with minimum membership. Conduct weekly meetings with the team and the VPTM fortnightly. Attendance at team meetings and the corner Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget. Job Description:

This team should seek to develop the membership through the LEC and different schools that create spaces that are challenging and encourage the delivery of the value proposition for the TM and TL programs, they must also create opportunities for union with the GM and the EB so that they live their TL process as well. Main Functions:

Working hand corner of the LD to create a local training program that is tailored to the needs of the TM and TL LC, achieving the appropriate development of skills and abilities of the members of AIESEC in Cali. Job Description:

Manage and support the team in charge

of the TM and TL program in the process of talent(Performance Assessment, Promotion, Goals Setting and Orientation, motivation and Rewards & Recognition ) the TM is to support the development of these activities throughout LC, and this person is responsible for searching virtual tools to implement and improve the processes of human talent, and use indicators to better track to programs of human talent.

Monitoring and management strategies to improve the implementation of these processes. Work closely with the TM assessor, in the implementation of performance talent. Implement HR 2.0 Implement measurement indicators for TM & TL programs. The member responsible for managing the TM program, must ensure the delivery of the promise of value of the program during the process of talent recruitment and induction and must ensure the fulfillment of the goals of the TM.

Align goals according to the Talent TM planning. Compliance with minimum membership. Managing performance for minimum TM, hand work with GM to complete the performance evaluation of TM.
