Job Description:

To manage and coordinate the selling strategy of the multiply your impact exchange in our city ensuring the synergy in all the activities with the support areas of the LC and also the positioning of the program at external level. All of this with a commitment to provide high quality processes while the team is delivering many international experiences. Main Functions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15.

Coordinate the recruitment, the EP service and the up selling processes into the coordination. Work according to the outgoing delivery strategy, having in mind the exchange profiles and destinations for this product. Participate actively in the promotion, selection and induction process. Manage and motivate a team for the well development of the selling strategy in our city. Ensure quality in all the exchange process. Control the management of the product according to the BHAG and execute local strategies to increase numbers of exchanges in our city. Promote synergy between areas and the relevance of each team member work. Focus by Qs: Q1 RA and Q2 RA/MA/RE. Participate constantly in the local meetings and promote the participation to the team members. Act according AIESEC values and ethics. Enjoy the opportunities at national level and think in pro of the LC, your team and all the impact you can do on society. Conduct weekly meetings with the team and the VPTM fortnightly. Attendance at team meetings and the corner Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget. Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its members by the LP and CP.

Job Description:

To manage and coordinate the process before-during-after the exchange creating a friends-relation between assessors and EPs. It’s important also to generate strategies to promote the high quality at internal and external level to guarantee retention in aiesec and number is the product.

Create a good synergy with finance team in the legalization process, making this step easier not only for the EP but also for AIESEC. Search for databases of graduate people (high school and university) to sell the product to them. Be in a constant contact with the EP on RA-MA-RE while is in the city and abroad. Participate on Matching Manias. Update the EP Search Tool of AIESEC Cali and share it on matching manias. Act proactively in the team for the well development of the delivery process. Provide a quality service. Ensure the BHAG. Participate in the local meetings and promote the participation to the others team members and EPs. Focus by Qs: Q1 RA and Q2 RA/MA/RE. Create a task bank or portfolio of opportunities about this product, working with marketing to make it nice to the view. Be in a constant contact with the EPs abroad to capitalize their experiences at local level. This team should seek to develop the membership through the LEC and different schools that create spaces that are challenging and encourage the delivery of the value proposition for the TM and TL programs, they must also create opportunities for union with the GM and the EB so that they live their TL process as well Main Functions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.

Working hand corner with the LD to create a local training program that is tailored to the needs of the TM and TL LC, achieving the appropriate development of skills and abilities of the members of AIESEC in Cali. Making alliances with different partners, capitalizing on these relationships that allow for development of the membership. Hold meetings every 15 days with the TL review the development of its roll as TL Managing leadership school Manage facis school Support in the zonalito Create an action plan, track team members, good delegation of work and monitoring staff motivation Compliance with minimum membership.
