Implementing Change Presentation

Prepare a presentation of approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

Compare findings from the Implementing Change Paper.

Review the products used for the assignments and choose a minimum of two products for the team to review.


Incorporate these findings and answer the following questions in the presentation.

路 How might the companies effectively evaluate the success or failure of the change?

路 What are some indicators the companies should review to determine the sustainability of its changes?

路 How can the companies evaluate the results to determine if the change that occurred is the intended change?

路 Should the company find their change process has not gone according to plan, what is a possible adjustment strategy they could use?


Format is of the team’s choice. The team might, for example, make a 5- to 10-minute oral presentation accompanied by a PowerPoint® presentation. The team may also record their presentation as a video clip or another form of media. You must obtain faculty approval for the type of media. If the team chooses to prepare a PowerPoint® presentation, submit 6 to 8 slides with speaker notes. If the team chooses to do video or another type of media, submit the media file in the appropriate format or follow the instructions from your instructor.
