Wednesday ship inspections
For attendees arriving early, we have ship inspections with lunch on the Avalon Envision and Uniworld River Beatrice Buses leave from the Marriott/Kempinski. Buses will start at 11:45am and return at 2pm. Pier 4 & 5 11 Min walk from the Marriott 900m
Wednesday evening opening event Lazar Equestrian Park, a 9-hectare picturesque destination in a nature conservation area. It’s 35 km from Budapest (40-minute drive) Buses leave from the Marriott/Kempinski. Buses will start at 3pm and return at 7pm.
PRO Tip: This is a working farm so mind your shoes

Thursday & Friday 2pm to 8pm will be at the piers for your ship inspections, lunch, ship open houses and dinner. Cafes and shops within walking distance to the piers.

Saturday afternoon city tours Get out and experience Budapest! Your city tour will leave from the Marriott at 12:30 pm sharp and return at 4:30pm

Saturday evening closing event After returning from your city tours, buses will depart from the Marriott to the Balna for our closing celebration. Buses transfers start at 6pm and return at 9pm.
