Leadership Inspired by Nature A learning and working retreat with Andres Roberts | founder of Way of Nature UK Join us for a special programme exploring how to develop a new kind of leadership, inspired and working with Nature. The programme will be led by Andres Roberts, founder of Way of Nature UK, and a guide and advisor working internationally on a new kind of change and leadership ďŹ t for the 21st Century.
Course in English August 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th
How can we truly reinvent organisations and society, in a way that better supports our needs as people and planet? How can we approach new forms of organisation and society based on new values and measures of success? How could we accelerate a new era of leadership based on principles of connection, purpose, presence and resilience? How can we do these things drawing inspiration and working in harmony with Nature?
This programme will look at these questions and more, combining fascinating ideas and activities with space to work practically on live questions and challenges. The programme will consist of a preparatory evening in SĂŁo Paulo, and then a weekend gathering at beautiful Fazenda Serrinha. This will be a great opportunity to explore a new kind of leadership when it is deeply needed in the world, and to work with questions real issues in a nourishing and inspiring way. Note: This programme builds on Andres' workshop held at Amani last February and it will be useful to have this workshop as a background to this programme. Andres will be running this again in the build up to this programme and we recommend you attend this too if you are attending the longer programme.

Who? The workshop is suitable for leaders and innovators working towards positive change in their organisations or communities and looking for new ways of working to make this happen. The work will introduce ways of thinking and working that involve many ways of knowing, and come from deeply systemic and connected perspectives to change. We encourage you to bring live questions to this work as we will make space for collaborative learning and innovation. Places will be limited to 18 People.
