ANTIPASTO Please note that the below antipasto is served in conjunction with the Dinner Menu only. Antipasto can be included with the above packages at an additional cost of $10.00 per person. The antipasto perfectly complements the entrée. Antipasto platters include: Hummus, semi dried tomatoes, stuffed pepper dews, chargrilled pumpkin, marinated olives, Calabrese salami, prosciutto, smoked chicken and marinated feta served with warm Turkish bread. ** If you would like that elusive ‘wow’ factor, please ask your Client Relationship Manager for further details about additional extras such as centrepieces, DJ’s, cocktails, etc.
