NEVADA Las Vegas Sisters participated in the Susan G. Komen Foundation Race for the Cure. The beginning of summer always brings the chapter’s most popular event, Pampered Phi-T. Alumnae visited Aloha Nails for pedicures and a flip flop exchange. Other summer activities included two family events.

The May dinner meeting was held at the home of Esther Frazier Samuelson (Eta Gamma-Akron). A basket was assembled for a raffle at the Cleveland Alumnae Panhellenic luncheon. A picnic was held during the summer at the home of Kimberly Alley (Epsilon Alpha-Ashland). Members and family attended a Lake County Captains baseball game.

NORTH CAROLINA Charlotte Alumnae attended the annual Cooking with Michael event held at Judy Bond Cooper’s (Beta Omega-Kent State) home. They also enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the Crepe Cellar Kitchen & Pub.

NEW MEXICO Sisters enjoyed the annual State Day lunch and program at Tanoan Country Club. Sally Cisney Mann spoke about the process of writing a book and getting it published. The chapter was chartered on April 19, 2010. Members celebrated by hosting a kickoff event at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs. The group enjoyed a catered dinner at the racetrack hosted by Pacer’s Clubhouse Restaurant Supervisor Jessica Morgan (Epsilon Iota-Duquesne). Alumnae hosted their first senior ceremony for East Carolina (Delta Alpha) graduates. Several sisters gathered to eat out, ride the trolley in uptown Greenville and enjoy an evening together.
