OUR SERVICES ❖ FREE INSPECTIONS & REPORTS Active Roofing will examine your roof system, identify weak points in your roofing system, and present several different solutions to your problem.
❖ 24-HOUR EMERGENCY REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE Fixing minor problems as they occur, or taking on bigger projects like stripping in the seams, can stop leaks and prevent future problems. We will assess the age and condition of your roof and determine any repairs that can be done to extend the lifetime of your roof before it needs to be replaced. Routine maintenance for flat roofs tends to be overlooked by most building owners. Because the roof is out of sight, out of mind, tasks such as drain and gutter cleaning tend to be neglected. By signing up for the Active Roofing Maintenance Program, you can rest assured that someone is taking care of these details on a regular basis.
❖ RE-ROOFS When possible, reroofing over your existing roof saves the cost, trouble, and risks, such as water damage while the roof is exposed. We have extensive experience re-roofing existing buildings to best serve your needs.
❖ TEAR-OFFS If your building currently has more than two or three layers of roofing material or if portions of the roof deck are damaged due to water, rot, or insects, you will need to tear off the old roof before re-roofing.
