or the elegant western fare of the GameFish in the Snake River Lodge & Spa. Complete your trip with an evening at the Grand Teton Music Festival’s Walk Hall in Teton Village. Schedules for summer and winter concerts can be found online at www.gtmf.org.

SUMMER Experience the legendary 100-passenger Aerial Tram operating between the Teton Village base elevation of 6,311 feet and the summit of Rendezvous Mountain at 10,450 feet. The tram whisks passengers an amazing 4,139 vertical feet, for an unbeatable 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Enjoy a scrumptious waffle at the summit on Corbet’s Cabin deck or hike the various trails to view wildflowers and wildlife. How about the thrill of a lifetime? Try a tandem paragliding ride off the summit to the base. No experience is required, but reservations are recommended (call 307.690.4948). Take the Teewinot lift for sightseeing and mountain biking, or gather some friends for a round of disc golf. Need to have the kids burn off some steam? Let them have a go on the climbing wall or the bungee trampoline. New this year is the Village common area, a $1-million facility centrally located at the base of the mountain. This new feature boasts a natural amphitheater, a pop-jet fountain for kids and a playground, all surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. Ride the Bridger Gondola in the evening to the Couloir Restaurant for the ultimate dining experience (or, for a more casual option, try “The Deck” outdoors). Please check our website www.jackson hole.com for hours of operation and menus. Reservations are recommended; call 307-739-2675.

Enjoy classic cross-country skiing, skate skiing, snowshoeing and nature outings with a knowledgeable naturalist at the Saddlehorn Activity Center. You can also relax in a horse-drawn sleigh as you ride around the Village and the surrounding fields, providing you and your friends or family a fun way to kick back after a day of kicking it on the slopes. WINTER There’s no fun like snow fun! The chairlifts deliver you to 2,500 acres of skiable terrain, while the Bridger Gondola reaches the heart of the intermediate groomed terrain, accounting for nearly 50 percent of the mountain (a little known fact, since we’re so well known for our steeps). You may also board the Aerial Tram to ride the “elevator to heaven,” where you can access the upper mountain lifts or head out-of-bounds for more than 3,000 acres of additional terrain to explore. If you’re looking to expand your boundaries and enhance your backcountry skills, you can hire a guide. We offer 48
