Dear Candidate, “Leadership is not a rank or a position, it is a decision”. All this begins making the decision, the decision of wanting to live the most challenging and most relevant experience in AIESEC. We are looking for brave applicants who want to lead relevant entities. Willing to make a positive change in the Guatemalan Youth. AIESEC Guatemala needs leaders, leaders who inspire through actions and who are able to know what are the needs and opportunities of his local entity. NOMINATION: The idea is to evaluate dierent behaviors but always to focus on: - Leadership - Organizational Understanding - National plan understanding - Local Reality - External Opportunities and Threats.

The nomination process will be composed by: - Application Package, evaluated by LCP & MCP: - MCP Interview: - LCP Interview: - BoA Member / Alumni Interview:

ELECTION: The elections subcommittee will be composed by: - MCP -Current LCP - External (Alumnus / BoA Member preferred) Candidates that get the nomination will going to present to the local assembly to be selected as LCP. LCP must be elected by all the local member in full status. For General Assembly Elections are considered eligible only those candidates who pass the Nomination Process.

The last day for assembly is September 20th, 2015


ELECTION Timeline: Application: - 17 August to 5 September 23:59. OďŹƒcial Applicants Announcement: - 06 September. Interviews and Nomination Process: - 07 September to 13 September. Announcement of nominated applicants: - 13 September. Assemblies: - 14 September to 20 September.
