Listed below are the levels of sponsorship offered by the Alabama Panhellenic Association. All participating sponsors, regardless of sponsorship level, will be included on the APA Website (uapanhellenic.com), and the Vendor & New Member Package webpage will be shared extensively with all PNMs, and parents and families of PNMs.

Important Information for Sponsors
Please contact Sydney Graeter, APA Director of PR, at uapanhellenicpr@gmail com, for inquiries regarding in-kind sponsorship opportunities. Photos and advertisements provided must be high-resolution, due April 19, 2024.
As a sponsoring vendor, you may request access to the bid list. All vendors requesting access to the Bid List for New Member Package distribution must sign and abide by the Panhellenic Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The Alabama Panhellenic Association reserves the right to refuse and cease sponsorships based on misalignment with Panhellenic Values and the Values-Based Recruitment process.
Sponsors must submit the Sponsorship Intent form by April 19, 2024. We are projecting over 2,500 women to participate in Recruitment who all get their own printed copy of the Greek Chic Recruitment Guide In addition, we post the Greek Chic digitally in early May for greater access for potential members and their families, and have over 50,000 views annually
