(ALFA) arranges free air transportation departing mostly from Florida airports serving personnel and cargo engaged in works of mercy abroad. ALFA can and may arrange free limited transportation services via to benefit qualified representatives of charitable organizations and related airfreight to foreign airports destined to and specifically for humanitarian assistance, development aid, emergency relief or disaster response. Airlift services departing to or arriving from overseas destinations in unscheduled flights may be donated by volunteer pilots in donated, private, commercial or non-commercial aircraft. The aircraft owner and/or pilot in command shall make all flight decisions regarding the operation of the aircraft without regard to schedule obligations or any trip commitments whatsoever.
