Antenna Cable Assemblies-Jumpers We manufacture large quantities of antenna cable assemblies for our customers with a variety of cable types, connector options and lengths. Each cable is fully tested and packaged in a bag to prevent dust contamination. Cable types consist of: CA195 Equivalent size to RG58 but superior electrical performance. This cable has a flame retardant PVC jacket and is normally used in shorter indoor applications. The jacket outer diameter is 0.195 inches or 4.95 mm.
CA240 This cable has a polyethylene (PE) jacket and is used in both indoor and outdoor applications. The jacket outer diameter is 0.240 inches or 6.10 mm.
CA400 This popular cable has a polyethylene (PE) jacket and is used in both indoor and outdoor applications. The jacket outer diameter is 0.405 inches or 10.29 mm.

Antenna Cable Assemblies-Jumpers
CA400FLEX This cable is constructed with 7 solid copper strands for the center conductor and has a TPE jacket which makes is a flexible cable for tight routing during installations. It is available in a black or white jacket. It is used in both indoor and outdoor applications. The jacket outer diameter is 0.405 inches or 10.29 mm.
CA600 This cable is constructed with a polyethylene (PE) jacket and is used both in indoor and outdoor applications. The jacket outer diameter is 0.590 inches or 14.99 mm.
CA600FLEX The CA600FLEX is constructed with stranded center conductors and has a TPE jacket making this a flexible cable for those applications requiring flexibility. The jacket outer diameter is 0.590 inches or 14.99 mm.

NEC Type
Beware of illegitimate cables and online sellers! There is an epidemic of illegitimate cable in the markets. These cables often falsely claim UL and/or other approvals. Always verify this with an online check in the UL directory:

These non-approved cables are poorly manufactured and unsafe. Be concerned when the seller clearly doesn’t understand the approval bodies or designations. For example if a company selling outdoor Ethernet cables writes, Verified by ETL to be type CMX, you should know that CMX is not an outdoor cable. ETL does not signify NEC types. ETL is a common third party mark for verification of performance not for safety standards.
