The Coaching Zone™ is a secure, cloud-based portal confidentially shared between a coach and client. The Coaching Zone™ optimizes the effectiveness of a coaching engagement by providing robust tools for real-time coaching sessions as well as collaboration in between sessions. A primary feature of the Coaching Zone™ is integrated telepresence technology for busy leaders who need to meet remotely but do not want to compromise the quality of their sessions through a phone-session or a choppy video chat experience. This is particularly invaluable for leaders who maintain hectic travel schedules or are based in geographically remote areas that are nonconducive to in-person meetings. The Coaching Zone™ functions across multiple platforms and devices. That means a coach and client can engage a session from a desktop, laptop, tablet and even their mobile device.
