Purpose: The Community Health Action Teams (CHATs) examine and improve the health characteristics of the community. Why? ďƒź Involve the community in planning ďƒź Opportunity to effectively advance the Franklin County Public Health mission: Franklin County Public Health improves the health of our communities by preventing disease, promoting healthy living and protecting against public health threats through education, policies, programs and partnerships.
