Broiler pan feeding system In the current competitive poultry industry, every poultry grower is looking to increase their production efficiency. The Agromax Pan Feeding System helps to achieve excellent feed conversion, has reliable operation and ensures more profits with its many advantages. A fast distribution of fresh feed (350 kg/hour) over the entire line ensures uniform growth for all birds. With the pressure regulator in front up to 60 meters or in the middle up to 120 meters it keeps the water pressure constant and the birds always have enough water. The flush breather at the end of each line allows easy control and quick flushing of the line. The drinking line is suspended by hangers which are simply hooked onto the aluminium rail or round galvanized pipe at 3 m intervals.
The suspension line is fed through a ceiling pulley and connected to the central hoisting cable, this cable passes the entire length of the house to the hand winch, thus permitting an easy height adjustment of the drinking line. An electrical shocker wire or a double wire is used with breeders or layers as a perch protection. The height of the drinking lines and the height of the water column are very important to ensure that birds get adequate water requirements without any water spillage. We offer two types of nipples Low flow nipple: 35-45 ml / minute
High flow nipple: 70-90 ml / minute
Number of birds per nipple Broiler: 10-12 birds / nipple (low flow) 15-18 birds / nipple (high flow) Layers: 6-9 birds / nipple (low flow) 9-12 birds / nipple (high flow) Breeders: 5-6 birds / nipple (low flow) 7-9 birds / nipple (high flow) For hot climate we calculate 20% more nipples Number of lines: One drinking line every 2,5-3,5 meter width of the house and with always one more drinking line than feeding line.

Water pressured dosing pumps The dosing pump operates by using the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the pump, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the pump, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the pump, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the main line. Main water supply The main water supplies from Agromax incl. all components which are needed for an optimal water supply: - The water-meter -The pressure reducing valve - The water filter - The medicator These single components are interconnected by flanges and allow an easy and fast exchange of the components. For fast and problem-free installation and removal in the house all components are fastened on a galvanized metal bracket. The main water supply is available in different versions and with different water powered or electric dosing pumps.

Automatic Flushing system
Lubing Touch Control LCW. With the controller, the following values can be adapted to your individual needs: The duration of the flushing process. The flush duration time has to be adjusted depending on the length of the drinking line. The start time of flushing. Each drinking line is flushed separately. With the Lubing Touch Control LCW up to 10 drinking lines can be automatically flushed. The flush functions can be adapted to individual needs in the menu. Optima E-flush The pressure regulator Optima E-flush is preassembled and with mounting of the actuator ready for automatic flushing. With the new developed flush valve for the pressure regulator and the actuator everything is prepared for the automatic flushing. No other attachments are needed. The actuator is supplied from the controller with the required voltage of 24V DC. The actuator opens and closes the flush valve in the pressure regulator. During a power failure the drinking line can be flushed by hand. Flush breather unit At the end of each drinking line a flush breather unit is installed. The valve of the breather unit will be closed by the flushing water pressure. The flush breather unit works fully automatic and the breather valve will be closed by the water pressure during the flushing process.
Medicine mixer The medicine mixer from Agromax is ideally suited to prevent separation of the mixed preparations. The air-cooled circulation pump guarantees a thorough regular mixing without damaging the preparations. The built-in floating valve ensures complete consumption of the preparations, and an automatic rinsing of the medicator after the medication has been used up. Available in 2 version 60 and 150 litre

Agro BB breeder pan feeding system Agro BB distributes equal amount of feed simultaneously to all pans all over the house resulting in perfect uniformity during rearing and production. Winching the system up after eating allow the birds to use the maximum floor space this increases flock fertility and limit floor egg number and also get easy access to the nest. Agro BB feeder pan can be used from day old , the special 3 feed windows (1) guarantees a high level of feed during the first days. Day old chicks can enter and leave the pan easy and get enough access to feed providing good start of the flock and perfect uniformity. A 360 degree flooding mechanism ensure a high feed level in the pan for day-old chicks. After the brooding period feeder circuits or straight lines can be winched up until feed windows close and feed flows into the inner pan from underneath the feed cone. The special pan design with inner and outer pans (2) prevent feed wastage since the outer pan catches the feed from the inner pan and this eliminates feed waste and allow the birds to eat all the feed. Special insert on the tube (3) prevents the pan from swinging in this way keep the feed cantered in the pan. A 360mm diameter pan with 16 feeding space allows high stocking density in the house. Special female only grill (4) allow perfect separate sex feeding, the grill allows for adjustment from 40 to 50mm in 9 feeding windows widths to prevent broiler breeder male from using the pan during whole production period , the grill is also suitable for all breeds, the collar of the grill get 3 window heights (80,70,60mm ) this make the pan deeper to suit each breed and also reduce feed wastage.

Agro BR breeder rearing feeding system A uniform flock and all hens of the flock reaching laying maturity at same time is the main aim of broiler breeder rearing house. This can be achieved if birds have sufficient feed space and all pans filled simultaneously and birds receive same amount of feed. Agro BR feeder pan can be used from day old to 20 weeks, the special 3 feed windows proved a high level of feed during the first days. Day old chicks get into and out the pan easy and get enough access to feed providing good start of the flock and perfect uniformity. A 360 flooding mechanism ensures a high feed level in the pan for day-old chicks. 14 arm grill ( or 10 ) create individual feeding space, anti-spill wings divide the inner pan in separate feed compartment this give birds equal feed amount/chance (avoiding selective eating). By lowering the entire circuit / straight line to the floor the pan is put in litter, the Low pan offer day-old chicks easy access to the feed and easy move in and out of the pan, this gives birds excellent start and perfect uniformity. Hot-air blowers Hot-air blowers are used where a large amount of warmth is required throughout the entire house for a short period of time. Two types of hot-air blowers are available to meet the different needs of poultry growers. Direct fired air heater The SXA/B Agromax direct fired air heaters are made of high-grade stainless steel, making them impervious to any unfriendly environment. The burner chamber comes in heat-resistant steel. The design of this ventilator burner guarantees excellent performance, this contributes towards an optimum indoor atmosphere at minimum heating costs. A correct temperature and an even air distribution are important factors for the growing environment in the poultry sector. The SXA/B-series is especially designed to control these factors optimally. The large flow capacity (6000 - 7000 m3/h) and the special round shape of the heater ensure an optimum air distribution. The heater is provided with the latest technology for optimum control. The PCB control board and associated components are placed in a spray-proof box. The SXA/B heaters have a guaranteed efficiency of 100%, a clean and complete combustion with a low energy consumption. Indirect fired air heater with exhaust and outside air intake. The Agromax SXC Heater has a closed combustion circuit. This means that the combustion air is taken from the outside, and the combustion gasses are transported back to the outside. As a result no CO2 and no water vapor are brought into the poultry house. Furthermore the exhaust gases are transferred through a heat exchanger and then discharged through the chimney. The remaining hot air contains no flue gases, is inodorous and not extra contaminated. With a closed combustion concept there is no open flame in the space which is safer. The heater is provided with an automatic electronic ignition. A display on the heater gives feedback on the status of the heater. The heat exchanger is easy accessible for cleaning from 3 sides of the heater, by means of opening the side panels. The body of the heater is made from stainless steel which can resist high pressure cleaning. The combustion circuit has a fresh air inlet and a combustion outlet. These can be mounted vertical or horizontal with flexible ducting, extension pipes and accessories.

New Steel housing cone fan 52” Due to the fact that tunnel-ventilated houses are growing in size and complexity, there is an increasing demand for more powerful, reliable and energy-efficient exhaust fans. The BF Agromax cone fan is a 52” fan exhaust cone fan has been especially designed to fulfil that demand. This fan is the ideal fan for high airflow capacity at high static pressures and low energy consumption. The unique propeller design is self-cleaning and allows the highest efficiency to be reached. The square fan housing, the discharge cone, shutter blades and the air-conveyor (Venturi) are made of galvanized steel sheet. The 4-blade propeller is statically and dynamically balanced, resulting in low vibration and low noise level during operation. The propeller is attached to the central pulley, which comprise - together with the V-belt and electrical motor - the belt drive system. As part of the design of the outlet it is composed of 4 cone sectors which can be assembled on-site to form the complete discharge cone. Axial/Variable Speed Fan The Agromax Variable Speed Fan is made of the best materials. The motor housing, the fixing supports and the mounting plate are of cast aluminium: corrosion resistant. The impellers are made of high quality plastic: nylon with fibre glass and polyprophylene. The rear cover is made of a special, flameproof plastic. The guard is galvanized and passivated. All materials - motor and grease-filling of the ball bearing included - resist temperatures up to 115ยบC. The ball bearings have an extremely low noise level. The fixing materials are made of stainless steel. Agromax Variable Speed fans can be mounted horizontally as well as vertically. The capacity is controllable in a continuously variable way by changing the number of revolutions of the motor via the main voltage. Agromax Variable Speed fans have low current consumption, also low noise level. The motors are made according to the IP 55 standard (dust and waterproof) and the applied materials meet the standards of insulation class F (resistant to temperatures up to 155ยบC). The fans can be delivered for single and three-phase mains.
Tube fan Agromax tube fans can be fitted vertically or horizontally. They operate under all conditions. The rigid fixing makes it possible to obtain a minimum tip gap - this is the distance between the end of the impeller and the inside of the tube radius so guaranteeing a maximum air flow. The fans are infinitely variable. In comparison tests, the fans prove their very low power consumption. The noise emission, too, is very low compared to competitive fans. Ventilation chimney The Agromax chimney can be adopted to suit any type of house. Due to the special shape of the inflow ring and overall construction this ventilation chimney is very energy efficient. The chimney is made of HDPE and therefore has an excellent resistance against UV-radiation and aggressive gasses. Moreover the chimney is form-fixed and impact-proof between -30 and +60 ยบ C and can therefore be used in extreme cold and hot climatic parts of the world. The wind ring / wind cone supplied in round or conical shape for excellent air exhaust and, depending of the used fan type, increased air capacity. Optionally dampers can be used in for reducing minimum ventilation level for more accurate air exchange based on animal need. Two versions are available , high or low isolated. Both can be controlled by open/close motor or 0-10V input signal. A butterfly valve can also be used in order to avoid a false air intake when more fan groups are installed in the same building. Moreover, in combination with a fully automatic emergency opening with a spring released actuator, you will ensure, in the event of a power failure, always natural ventilation. Better save than sorry. The extension pipe can be supplied in single or double wall in any length and delivered in click system to save in transport cost which makes our chimney suitable for projects all over the world. The roof plate can fit any type of roof (corrugated or metal) and can be supplied for various roof pitches. For special roofs we also can supply a universal roof resin suitable for all roofs and chimney diameters.

Air inlets A critical time for ventilation of livestock structures is during cold periods, when it is necessary to ventilate the structures to supply fresh air to the animals without causing cold drafts over them, a process commonly known as minimum ventilation. The only way of performing minimum ventilation effectively is by directing the cold fresh air along the ceiling of the structure so that it can mix thoroughly with the hot air inside the structure before it descends into the occupied zone of the animals and replaces the stale air. Failure to perform minimum ventilation effectively could cause a build-up of noxious gases, such as ammonia or carbon dioxide, inside the structure; or, a fatal reduction in oxygen levels. Another problem commonly associated with ineffective minimum ventilation is cold air dropping onto the animals, causing wet litter and disturbing animal behaviour. The air inlets are designed to perform minimum ventilation perfectly; maintaining a healthy environment for the animal without disrupting normal animal behaviour. During warmer periods the emphasis of ventilation shifts towards heat removal and cooling of the animals. In such conditions the air entering the structure can be directed downwards towards the animals, allowing heat removal from the animals skins through a wind chill process. Electronic manual poultry scale The scale is designed for manual bird weighing and is suitable for any type of poultry. It intends to solve the weighing problems and fulfill the weighing needs of poultry growers. The scale weighs and records the exact weight (accuracy ± 1 gram) of each bird and performs the statistic calculation of: • uniformity • standard deviation • CV • daily growth percentage • average weight • number of weights All data of up to 10,000 birds weighing will be stored in an unerasable memory in a format of farm number, flock number, house number and growth day. This allows the poultry grower to weigh a large number of birds in different houses over a few weeks or months.
