March 26, 2013 Dear Manager: My company, AOK Creatives, would like to host a documentary film screening and fundraiser at your establishment on Saturday, May 25th. This screening will help to raise awareness for the Half the Sky Movement, an international campaign to highlight the oppression of women. The screening will also help raise awareness for women’s rights in the Hampton Roads area, as well as provide our community with knowledge of these issues and the tools to rise above them. As in-kind sponsorship, I am proposing that you donate the space of one theater large enough to accommodate up to 50 people, as well as a small portion of the lobby space for designated volunteers to set up a table to collect $25 admission donations.
