Potato Pride!

otatoes were well established in Peru and Bolivia before explorers and merchants introduced them to other regions of the globe. Europeans consume the most potatoes per capita, but China is now the world’s largest potato-producing country. These traditional potato dishes have been shared by gracious cooks who take pride in their family heritage.
