It’s about standing for something beyond the field, the ice, or the courts. Here, the rule books are just as important as textbooks in defining the heart of a Bulldog.

WHY DO YOU LOVE ADRIAN COLLEGE?
I love AC because it is a school that had a strong family feel, but still possessed that college atmosphere. As a student I felt confident in class, which enabled me to ask questions. I believe I obtained a first-rate education upon graduation. I also enjoyed the balance of academics and my athletic pursuits. My experience went beyond the classroom. For me, Track at Adrian gave me opportunities that I never could have dreamed of. The coaches helped me work through two serious injuries and keep pace, eventually helping me to qualify for nationals in indoor and outdoor. The coaches’ confidence in me as an athlete pushed me to compete in new events, resulting in record-breaking achievements.

ADVICE TO A STUDENT CONSIDERING ADRIAN COLLEGE
Adrian College really is about the people. From professors, in and out of the classroom, to the administration and coaches, I had the support I needed to stay on track academically and athletically. Education has always been important to me, so have sports. To be able to be successful in both while surrounding myself with people who believed in me, was what made my experience at Adrian one that I will never forget.
THIS ISN’T SOME FAIRY TALE. BUT IT IS THE BEGINNING OF A STORY Despite the fact that sometimes our dreams have been left on the ice, the field, or the courts for one more year … we have nowhere to go but up. And we keep proving it. Five years ago we had a field along Route 223 — now our facilities are worthy of champions. That’s where you come in.
We aren’t just looking for the best athletes, we want leaders. We want student-athletes that have the tenacity to keep the Bulldogs at the top for years to come, in and out of the classroom.
We are looking for talent and character. Players who understand what it is to be a team, who can electrify sold out crowds at Arrington Ice Arena, gut out a last line shift, will the team to victory, hit a grand slam in the bottom of the ninth and be a part of a legend … in the making.
