Due to all the positive effects produced by hydroponics techniques scientists thought to grow vegetables, and fruits from this technique, they also gave it the name of aquaculture but this name was already given to the organisms living in water so they were not able to give this name so it remained an agricultural technique. It also helped in feeding an army in those areas where there was no soil available for growing plants, due to its watering method it fed all the crew members and staff of the army. Hydroponic methods did not cause any nutrient pollution in the plants. It gave a very high yield and stable plants. Their most important point is that scientists are doing research for growing lights, carbon-dioxide etc. in plant species in those places where it is not possible.
