We recognise the importance of getting things right for you so we have a flexible and responsive customer care support package to make sure that what we do, is what you want. This includes: • t he advantage of working directly with an assigned moderator who is a subject specialist • a direct line to a dedicated qualifications administrator • Business Development Managers to address queries or concerns and advise about qualifications and our approval process • advisory visits if your centre wants specialist help or advice. (There is a charge for this but if you are a new centre, are delivering a new qualification in your centre, or have new members of staff, it might be useful) • direct web site access to qualification documentation and resources for the qualifications you offer* (including product upgrades)

How to become an approved centre with ABC Awards This is a simple process and information can be found on the ABC Awards web site http://abcawards.co.uk/become-an-abc-centre/ Advice on completion of the documentation is available from an ABC Awards Business Development Manager or speak to Daniel Moult, ABC Awards’ Centre Recognition Officer on 0115 854 1672. Existing ABC centres can increase their offer with us through a straightforward fast – track process.

You can always be in touch with us ABC Awards has been providing qualification products and services to centres across the UK for decades. We continue to offer accessible, professional support to centres through a dedicated team of staff who are always there to support you and your learners. Every ABC centre is provided with direct telephone and e-mail addresses to each member of the ABC support team who are there to assist you. Members of our staff will come out to meet with you at your centre to discuss your needs and assist with curriculum planning, delivery and assessment. We encourage all our centres to celebrate and share their learner successes with us. We regularly support centre Learner Award events, presentations and open days and are establishing a growing network of “Show case centres”, that are willing to share their ABC experiences and successes with ABC centres. We are happy to publicise your success throughout our national media.
