OUT 4 BLOOD B Boy Battle is open to everyone. 2. . Punctuality is a must. Participants who do not turn up on time for their qualifying rounds and/or finals will be deemed disqualified. 3. Each participant is allowed to participate once in the competition, unless otherwise agreed upon. 4. Any bad attendance, vulgarity, obscenity or criminal cause before, during or after OUT 4 BLOOD B Boy Competition, relevant participant will be disqualified. 5. Participant or participant representative have no rights to make any announcement or comment during press conference(s) and public statements. Participant or participant representative have no rights to object on decisions made by AS 1 MOVEMENT or It’s All About Dancing. 6. Failing to complete documentation properly will automatically withdraw participant from OUT 4 BLOOD B Boy Competition and NO refund of money will be issued. 7. AS 1 MOVEMENT and It’s All About Dancing, including all sponsors involved in OUT 4 BLOOD B Boy Competition will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings of the participant, injury, accident and death incurred during the competition.
8. AS 1 MOVEMENT and It’s All About Dancing reserve the rights to use and to publish name(s), photographs or films taken and likeness during OUT 4 BLOOD B Boy Competition for use exclusively in the organizer’s marketing and all other publicity and promotional materials, without obtaining further consent from participant. 9. Winning participant will receive prize no later than 1 business day from the date of the event. The amount is to be distributed in the form of cash. 10. Participant who does not comply with the above rules and regulations or submits inaccurate information will be disqualified from competing. 11. All Rules & Regulations stated above are final. 12. Battle sequences & positions are decided by AS 1 MOVEMENT. Decisions are final. 13. The judging system was set by AS 1 MOVEMENT, and its respected partners.
