Create your „Treasure hunt“ map Dear delegate, As you already know on NatCo 105th you will have an opportunuty to create your own conference path – your own „Treasure hunt“ map! We hope that you already consulted persons that you are working with (your TL, EB responsible, LCP) what should be your personal development path.

Now, in this booklet you will see all session descriptions and what are you going to learn there. Also you will see FACIs that will be responsible for that session. And we are doing this for the first time. Why?

So you can prepare yourself and create your own conference! We hope that you will enjoy!

Join this session and meet real examples and good ways we overcame them.

• On this session you will hear what does it mean to communicate effectively, why is it important and how to do it. You will go through some exercises that will show you if you are able to recognize what are the most important information to give to the people you are speaking with, but also to check if you are good at transmitting tasks to the people you work with!

•If you are not sure how the best customer experiance look like we will help you understend. You will learn about importance od customer for organisation, how to make that experiance and here about some past AIESEC experiances.

We will present to you some traditional tools and models that you can use in your life.
