The ALFP has been one of the most valuable and enjoyable experiences I have had in my academic career. I believe I learned more in my one year with the ALFP than I thought possible. The wonderful experiences during the ALFP team-building exercises during the first session. Watching Dean Lee Evans fearlessly jump from the top of a telephone poll and fly like a bird. It was one of the most positive experiences of my professional career and I made lifelong friends through this program.

The first day at Airlie, which was filled with such camaraderie, made it possible to have the right start for the program. The ALFP cohort is now a community of colleagues and friends with whom I can consult about professional as well as personal issues.
