Rapunzel ~ by Danielle Once upon a time there lived a young girl named Rapunzel. Rapunzel had been locked in a tower all her life, never to be let down. She had very long hair, but instead of the hair being “hair” it was spaghetti! One day Rapunzel was looking out of the tower when a big fat man came along. ‘I’m your Prince,’ said the man untruthfully. ‘Then come and rescue me,’ said Rapunzel. But instead of rescuing her he sprinkled cheese on her spaghetti hair and ate it all up. ‘Are you a food critic?’ Rapunzel said. ‘She’s on to me,’ he said and ran away.

The Three Little Pigs ~ by Jess Once upon a time there lived three little pigs. One pig built a house from straw. The wolf came but he had hay fever so he ran away. The second pig built his house from twigs. The wolf came, but when he was little he’d had a splinter, so he ran away from that too. The third pig built a brick house. When the wolf came to the brick house the brick dust made him do a

Hansel and Gretel ~ by Stephanie Once upon a time Hansel and Gretel were sent into the forest by their Dad and their Mum and they got lost. Hansel and Gretel were wondering through the forest when Gretel bumped into a long stalk. ‘Hey Hansel, look at this.’ ‘What?’ Gretel asked curiously. ‘A...mushroom!’ Hansel said in disbelief. Gretel walked around the mushroom to find a doorknob. She pulled on it and a witch appeared. Hansel and Gretel ran to the river and tried to jump over it. They couldn’t and the witch drowned them. ‘Fairy godmother, I don’t want to go to the ball, but I want to keep the horse please,’ Cinderella asked in her sweetest voice. ‘I want to be a famous show jumper.’ ‘All right, keep the horse. Her name is Magic Feather. Look after her well, she was my best friend,’ Fiona said in a sad voice. Cinderella jumped onto Magic Feather and galloped back to the farm. ‘Bruno, I’ve got a friend for you. Her name is Magic Feather and she will help me win competitions.’ ~ 10 years later and Cinderella has won many different competitions on Magic Feather, all 1st places. Cinderella and Magic live happily ever after.

I was backing toward the door now. She grinned and then touched the edge of her teeth, two fangs appeared. She disappeared. Then there was something heavy on my back and a tearing at my neck. Great, I thought.
