This is the third Strategic Planning of Free Your Ideas. It is on going since 2007 and it will be finished until 2013.
Our Mission is to help people to transform ideas into real projects.
Our Mission is the same since 2002, when Free Your Ideas was born.
“To help people...” shows our commitment to human beings.
“...to transform ideas into real projects� is related to our core competence which is Project Management.
In the next future, Free Your ideas will be part of a sustainable system.
It will be composed by an organization and a gallery, at least.
Sustainable means “capable of being continued with minimal long-term effect.�
Our business are related to “Innovative Teaching” and “Ideation”.
Innovative Teaching are practices and resources that enhance learning and teaching.
Ideation is the creative process of generating, developing and communicating new ideas.
We decided to behave ourselves guided always by: (((love))), satyagraha and downshifting.
We defined 4 Strategic Goals for the period from 2007 to 2013 which are:
To double the current finance status.
To commercialize the portfolio of Free Your Ideas.
To consolidate the brand Free Your Ideas.
To promote the gallery.

We defined 8 Strategic Projects to realize our mission which are:
Free Your Ideas Portfolio This project is about the creation of the courses related to the Project Lab Show (Project Management), as well their own eBooks, in 3 different languages, to complete the portfolio of Free Your Ideas.

Project Lab Kit
This project is about the creation of an useful set to play during the classes of the Project Lab Show courses, including video lessons, podcasts, game board and cards.

Project Lab Campaign This project is about the planned promotion of the courses related to the Project Lab Show to attract prospects, new clients and partners in 2 different markets.

This project is about the development and the promotion of the web application related to Project Management, in 3 different languages.

This project is about the creation and the promotion of the digital gallery as well the main collection of eBooks.
