• Silicone rubber has great resilience and elasticity, and it retains these properties over a wide range of temperatures. • Semi-conductive, for use in areas requiring a degree of conductivity and/or anti-static conditions.

• Specifically formulated for American Market. • Flexible, fluorosilicone rubber sleeving, that exhibits excellent fluid resistance e.g. Kerosene, Skydrol.

• Economic choice, particularly suitable where overall cable diameters have to be kept to a minimum. • Par-O-Cut® version of OSM for ease of handling and installation. • Very economical. Applications include cable jackets and extra electrical and mechanical protection for bundled cables. • Electrical insulation and binding for conductors and connections of electrical equipment. Two thermal classes available.

• This material exhibits good resistance to mineral oils, aromatic fuels, etc. • A synthetic elastomer with unique flame temperature index performance. LUL approved for mass transit.

• Heatshrink inner adhesive liner melts and flows to seal and encapsulate components or splices contained within. • As above (OSDW) with a 4:1 shrink ratio.

• High temperature heatshrink providing semi-rigid, flame retardant, abrasion and cut-through resistant strain relief. Excellent resistance to oils, acids and fuels. Extreme low temperature performance and a low shrink temperature (110ºc).

• An extremely mechanical and chemical resistant heatshrinkable tubing for high temperature application. Non-meltable & self-extinguishing, and is designed for the insulation and covering of harnesses, within hazardous areas.

high performance identification

The Ultimate in Print Technology Our High Performance Identification systems provide cable markers which are beyond compare, capable of surviving the most aggressive environments in the world, and will naturally out-perform standard products. Advanced Ink Transfer The unique method of ink transfer ensures that the ink actually penetrates the sleeve material and bonds with the molecules of the material substrate. The integrated ink is then sealed in, so that it is totally protected. The result is a composite mark that is completely indelible and capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, humidity and exposure to fuels and chemicals.

Ink layer Protective layer

Outstanding Print Capability Our skilled technicians can print virtually anything you want on the complete 360Âş sleeve circumference, virtually any way you want, with complete accuracy. We can reproduce everything from the most basic to the most complex numeric, alpha-numeric or alpha characters, as well as instructions, symbols, tables and even logos. Characters can be printed in single or multi-lines of any length, from once to multiple times round the sleeve, in horizontal, vertical or variaxialÂŽ (combination of horizontal and vertical) formats. Superior Ink Quality

Ink penetration

Specially formulated inks and technology have been developed over decades to ensure we can provide the required mark permanence and performance for each material type. We can supply

Encapsulated marking

black, white, red, yellow, blue and green inks, plus other colours on request. More Applications We can print international RCC (resistor colour coded markers) in a wide range of materials. All the IPS (industrial protection sleeving) range of products can be printed in customised form, and we can even print on notoriously difficult materials such as PTFE without the need to pre-etch.

See Product Configurator to view the full range of sleeving materials suitable for High Performance Identification.

• •

Rail Siegrist-Orel Limited Hornet Close

• A non-halogen heat-shrinkable tubing where low fire-hazard properties are mandatory. • A thin wall non-halogen heat-shrinkable tubing where low fire-hazard properties are mandatory. LUL approved for mass transit. • High quality, economical PVC Heatshrink Sleeving. • Layflat, very thin wall PVC Heatshrink most commonly used for electronic component covering. • Flame retardant adhesive lined heatshrink for ‘below ground’ mass transit applications. LUL approved. • Flame retardant adhesive lined heatshrink for ‘above ground’ mass transit applications. LUL approved.

Electronics

Pysons Road Industrial Estate

• Insulating material for the American market with superior thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. • Excellent resistance to oils, acids and fuels. Use in harsh and extreme conditions.

Military/Defence

• FABsil silicone has high tear-strength, good flame-retardant properties. • Similar properties to FABsil (OSF), but with the addition of fluorination which offers a resistance to fuels, lubricants and hydraulic fluids.

Aerospace/Aviation

Broadstairs Kent CT10 2LQ

• As OSTW but with super thin wall for tighter applications. • As OSTW but with heavy wall for superior voltage, thermal and strain relief applications.

who we work for

• Penetrant printed version of OSC. • Economical industry standard binding sleeve.

• Highly flexible, flame-retardant, abrasion resistant, elastomer combined with mechanical toughness. • Very flexible and self-extinguishing heatshrink, resistant to attack by chemicals, oil and fuels, high abrasion, specifically developed for Aerospace and Military applications.

Power/Utilities

• Commercial grade light-weight, flexible polyolefin tubing, with a smooth glossy external finish. • Commercial flame retarded, low shrink temperature, heatshrink. • Commercial very flexible, thin wall, flame retardant heat-shrinkable polyolefin tubing, for covering irregular shaped components and general purpose use. • Military Grade heatshrink which is extremely flexible and flame retarded and meeting a wide range of defence and industrial applications.

Medical

• As above (OSH) with a 3:1 shrink ratio. • Military Grade Semi-Rigid and flame retarded heatshrink which meets a wide range of defence and industrial applications - particularly suitable for strain relief.

high performance cable identification and protection systems

Outstanding chemical and solvent resistant heatshrink operating over a wide temperature range. • A self-extinguishing, abrasion-resistant braided sheathing used for the enclosure and protection of cables and wires. • A braided fibreglass sleeving coated with acrylic resin providing good mechanical resistance and dielectric strength. • UL approved silicone rubber coated braided glass providing good mechanical and electrical resistance. • LUL approved glass braided sheathing, limited fire hazard for use in mass transit industry.
