Cowan Studios Graphic Design and Photography Cowan Studio Recognized for Studio of the Year Cowan Studios are proud to announce that we were nominated and chosen for Studio of the year. The National Photography Association annually awards one studio in the DFW area to hold the title of “Studio of the Year”. The criteria for being awarded this honor is based on customer service satisfaction, sales, staff satisfaction, quality photography and technique. In October of 2010, Cowan Studios were made aware that we were finalist in the running. Cora Images and Straight-line Studios were also finalist seeking the coveted title. On November 2, 2010, Cowan studios were
visited by the President (James Diamond) and Vice President (Leslie Davis) of the National Photography Association. Our entire staff and company was extremely honored to be awarded and accept the title of “Studio of the Year”. Cowan Studios Creates Artistic Designs Tips for taking quality photos: ● In family photos, avoid
wearing the same color for every member of the family. Instead, try using colors that coordinate in alternating solids and patterns. ● Allow children to bring
props that they are comfortable with to ease the stress of the photo shoot. ● Keep hairspray and a
travel comb handy to quickly fix any hair concerns during the before and during the shoot.
Cowan Studios are now offering new Artistic Designs. This line allows customers to experience “Point of View” photography. As shown in the photo on the right, the subject featured as a photo within a photo. This new method of photography has become very popular over the last few years. Be the first in your circle of friends to display an Artistic Design in your home. In December, the “Santa’s Hands” will be available in the studio. Use your husband’s hands to create a frame around a photo of your family, In February, we will have the “Sweet Heart” photos available.
