¿What is the Global Eco Forum? A forum to inspire, think and act towards sustainability The Global Eco Forum is an international meeting point of opinion leaders and change agents to promote dialogue, innovation and collaboration from all the stakeholders of the society towards the sustainability of the Euro-Mediterranean region.

¿When? Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th of October 2011

¿Where? Casa Milà, Barcelona. Known as La Pedrera, it is a masterpiece from Catalan architect Gaudí, right in the center of Barcelona city,

¿What? The 2011 edition will focus on the Green Economy and Governance of sustainable development in the Euro-Mediterranean region, as a preparation for Rio+20 summit.

¿Why?   

To inspire thinking, dialogue and actions towards environmental, social and economic sustainability of the Euro-Mediterranean region To develop networking, collaboration and co-creation of the main actors of our society: civil society, NGO's, policy makers, businesses and researchers To build social, environmental, cultural and economic partnerships and alliances within the EuroMediterranean region.
