John Zephaniah Holwell was a survivor. Now, there are a monument with the names of the people.

Joseph François Dupleix was governor general of the ‘’French establishment in India’’. He traveled to the India on 1715, when he was a little boy, in a boat of ‘’East India Company's vessel’’. He got the peace between England and France on the European continent in 1751.
