Learners must be able to demonstrate the advanced process of acquiring knowledge and reasoning intuition in order to apply practical skills required to generate solutions to specific problems in a field of work and/or study in the Mobility and transport as a driver, rider or leader in operational management.
a. Learners must exercise self-management within the guidelines of work and/or study contexts that are usually predictable, but are subject to change b. Learners must be able to supervise the routine work of others, taking some responsibility for the evaluation and improvement of work and/or study activities in Mobility and Transport and/or other sector who require the services of drivers and/or riders.
