VOCATIONAL LEARNING Level Knowledge 3 Learners at this level must have the knowledge of facts, principles, processes and general concepts of the field of work or study of Driver attestation in the Mobility and Transport Sector.

Learners must be able to demonstrate the advanced process of acquiring knowledge and reasoning intuition in order to apply and practical skills required to accomplish tasks and solve problems by selecting and applying basic methods, tools, materials and information in order to comply with the relevant National Standard that applies to their role as a tutor/trainer, driver or rider in the Mobility and Transport Sector.
a. Learners must take responsibility for completion of tasks in work and/or study which are relevant to the category of licence held. b. Learners must take responsibility to adapt own behaviour to circumstances in solving problems that occur on public highways and work environments.
