Vocational Learning Levels: Knowledge, Skills and Competency Requirements
VOCATIONAL LEARNING Entry Level Knowledge 1 Learners at this level must have a general knowledge of the safety rules that apply to pedestrians, riders and cyclists. Additional they should be able to identify the different types of vehicles used for mobility and transport purposes.
QUALIFICATION CHECK Skills
Competence
Learners must know the rules and demonstrate the basic skills required to carry out simple tasks to identify hazards and risks when using the public highway as a pedestrian or rider.
Learners who work and/or study at this level shall be under direct supervision and training must be provided in a structured context that is relevant to the rules that apply to the Highway Code
