One basic model with two different power levels. Robust construction, compact and equipped with state-of-the-art RTCS mp technology. Complete generator housing in CrNi steel with top-mounted deep-drawn induction griddle plate. The temperature is controlled via a stepless rotary switch and the actual and set value temperature display is visualised via a 7-segment display.

Even temperature conditions prevail from the middle of the grilling area to the edge. A griddle plate developed especially for GriddleLine and the RTCSmp induction technology enable an even heat area. No awkward repositioning of the food is necessary. All items are grilled to the same quality.

Wireless temperature measurement close to the food

Reduced energy consumption Various factors lead to optimised and ultimately lower energy consumption. Firstly, no overtemperature is necessary for grilling, as the fast, RTCSmp-controlled reaction time prevents an energy-consuming temperature reduction. Secondly, only the currently required energy is used in real time – controlled by micro-processor. Thirdly, specifically used materials enable optimum heat storage and heat exchange.

No discharge of protein and water

Unique quality of grilled food When the food is placed on the griddle, a temperature loss of as little as 0.5° C is detected and immediately corrected. Due to the quick reaction time, a discharge of water and protein is completely prevented. The result: minimum weight loss and improved quality, the juice is retained, a 20% – 30% increase
