All stock is sold under the conditions of sale recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England & Wales, as displayed within the Market. Would purchasers please note that our terms are payment on the day unless prior arrangements have been made with the Market Manager. Agents should also advise the Manager of any clients on whose behalf they intend to buy prior to commencement of the sale. All heifers offered for sale are not warranted as breeders unless otherwise stated. Purchasers have two working days from time of sale to satisfy themselves that all documentation received is correct and any discrepancies must be notified to the auctioneers within that time limit. All stock remaining on the premises after the sale does so at the purchaser’s risk and responsibility. Please be aware that the declaration regarding treatment and withdrawal periods is vital for all stock going to slaughter. This not only includes stock sold through the prime markets but CAST COWS and also STORE CATTLE which maybe sent straight to slaughter. Therefore please read & complete the declaration on the blue entry form for all cattle presented.
