Rather, become a man of value.” -Albert Einstein Originally from Green River, Pat Rudd attended college at the University of Wyoming, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in both Architectural and Petroleum Engineering. Pat is also a licensed Structural Engineer in Wyoming. Well-versed in property management and real estate investing, as well as construction project management, Pat is pleased to offer his extensive knowledge to all his clients. Pat enjoys the people, culture, and open spaces this part of the state offers! Cheyenne is a much larger community than Green River, with a more diverse economy, and offers lots of great events! He’s excited about Cheyenne’s continued growth and the pride that Cheyenne’s residents have in their community. Pat shares that pride, by being an active voice in our community! He is currently a Vice Chair for the Downtown Development Authority, a Vice Chair for the Wyoming Young Contractors Association, and a volunteer for both Black Dog Animal Rescue and Fridays in the Asher. When Pat isn’t building his real estate business, he loves spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys soccer, basketball, traveling, reading, cooking & baking (Pat makes a mean Strawberry-Rhurbarb Cobbler!), camping, water activities, summer barbecues and bingeing on Netflix! (His favorite shows are Game of Thrones and The Office). Pat loves all animals but holds a special affinity for Golden Retrievers.
