born-and-raised Wyomingite, Leah Woods began selling real estate in 2003, where she was a member of a Top Producing team. In 2010, she made the decision to move to #1 Properties hoping to increase her growth and potential in real estate - and, although she didn’t know it at the time, it was the best decision of her career! She has continued to be a Top Producing REALTOR® in Cheyenne. “I absolutely LOVE what I do!” Leah says. For so many people, buying a home is the single biggest investment they will make in their lifetime, and Leah knows and understands the importance of helping you make the best informed - and least stressful - buying decision you can! In 2016, Leah became a Referral agent for Dave Ramsey, and honor she strives to uphold. Leah married her husband Jim in 2006, and became a stepmom to six wonderful, smart, funny, energetic, and just the most fantastic kids ever! With six children, the family stays busy, making time for camping, four wheeling, skiing...or any kind of a trip where they can all be together! Leah’s husband’s family has been building houses in Cheyenne for generations; however, in 2007 Jim and his brother Josh, created Woods Brothers Construction, Inc, a company that has met the criteria to become a nationally recognized, certified Energy Star builder.
